Credit Card

You may place an order online with your credit card via PayPal (if you are not a member, you will be automatically signed up during the order process). Add to your cart the products you want, then choose Checkout on the cart page.

Check

If you prefer to order by check, you may print the order form (Adobe Acrobat required) and mail it along with your check. We will ship the order after your check clears.

$0 - 24.99 = $2
$25 - 74.99 = $5
$75 and up = $3
Gift certificates = free! (only available with order form)

Some orders may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. We ship via the US Postal Service.

International Shipping

Please contact us with your desired items and shipping address. We will invoice you for the total cost via PayPal, and ship once payment is made.

Tax

Orders shipped to Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Return Policy

We desire to bring joy to the medical community in every aspect of our business. If, for any reason, you find our products to be of lesser quality than you had hoped, you are welcomed to return the unused items to us for a refund.

Please note the following:

• You must contact us concerning a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Any item being returned must be unused and in the same NEW condition as when you received it.
• You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
• We give refunds for the cost of the covers, minus shipping and handling.

Before shipping any products back to us, please contact us first so we can make proper arrangements to settle the matter.
